KGO GMs are quite efficient and usually revert within 1 day, so check back the following day and you should receive a reply from them.

Templates
Code -133 Login Error
Code -133 usually occurs when you get disconnected and your character is still stuck in game. Usually, this is solved when you relogin a few times. In this case, don't send in an error report unecessarily and try restarting your internet and relogging into the game.
However, some people experienced a problem where their character was stuck in game permanently and they couldn't login even with another PC or restarting their internet/reinstalling the game. In this case, you should send in an error report to login as soon as possible as you would only be able to login your character when the next update happens.

I know you people are smart but I'll still say this just in case, please remove the (xxxxx amount of cash) part and key in a digit such as 5000, 10000, 15000, 30000. (E.g. 30000원을)
