Prerequisite Steps to 160 Tree Quest

 Go to Evergreen City (North) 녹림도성.

 Talk to NPC Princess Chunyo (청려공주), take quest [실종된 여행자].


Talk to NPC Traveller Seol (여행자비설) at Giant Tree 거목충림[5] -> 50 Killer Pitcher Items 식인롱발씨앗 + 15 녹용약 (MP pot from Evergreen Doctor 녹림성의원) -> NPC Traveller Seol (여행자비설)


Talk to NPC Traveller Seol (여행자비설) again, he will give you 1 [해독약] item.

 Talk to NPC Evergreen Doctor (녹림성의원) -> 1 해독약 + 50 Bamboo Tea (MP pot) 대나무차 -> NPC Evergreen Doctor (녹림성의원)


Talk to NPC Evergreen Doctor (녹림성의원) -> Find NPC Traveller Seol (여행자비설) (He will give you a Recommendation Letter)


Find NPC Princess Chunyo (청려공주).


Go back to NPC Traveller Seol (여행자비설) at Giant Tree 거목충림[5].


Talk to NPC Elderwood (거목수호자) at map Central Giant Tree 거목충림중심지 (the blue portal at the top middle of Giant Tree 거목충림[4]).
Quest: [그대는 아직 준비가 안됐다1]



Go back to NPC Princess Chunyo (청려공주).
Quest: [마물과의 대화]


Go back to NPC Elderwood (거목수호자) and talk to him.
Quest: [나는 거목신이다]


Talk to NPC Elderwood (거목수호자) again.
Quests: [그대는 아직 준비가 안됐다2] & [그대는 아직 준비가 안됐다3]

 Go into map (need 1 Hard Lantern 상급등불) and kill Giant Guardian Tree. Entry requirements and details are below:



Talk to NPC Elderwood (거목수호자) after finish quest. Exit the map.

 Talk to NPC Elderwood (거목수호자) again (outside).
Quest: [그대는 아직 준비가 안됐다4]

 Find NPC Princess Chunyo (청려공주).
Quest: [녹림성은 이상없다]
(FINAL)

 After completing all these prerequisite steps, you should get the daily [일일] quest:
[거목신과의 수련]
Reward for completing the quest is 1 Giant Tree Spirit Statue (거목신상). Additionally, you will get 6 more after defeating the Giant Tree (which is usually divided among party members). These CAN be sold or traded, and are used to buy 160 accessories from NPC Elderwood (거목수호자).
