Foreword: Apologies that I've been very busy with work lately and finally got around to making this guide. This was a highly requested guide and I hope it has helped some new players understand the 'Today Mission' better. :)

NOTE: Today Mission will only be available when your character reaches level 11.

The concept of the Today Mission is very simple, basically, you will need to have all the items stated in the Today Mission list in your bag in order to complete each mission. After all missions have been completed, you will automatically receive:

1 Complete Voucher (완수교환권)
+10% PATK/MATK buff (lasts for 30 minutes) (할일완수)

Today Mission resets every midnight.

For the Item missions, they will usually require a fish or ore, which you can obtain from Fishing/Mining or buy from the market.

Personally, I keep at least 2 of every fish and ore in a side character in the same account, and when the Today Mission needs it, I will shift the items from the side character into Storage and take it out into my main character's bag.

Some missions are Action missions,
(e.g. DragonCastlePortal Used 1, Great Monster's Whisper 1)

I will go through some of the missions which are harder to understand from the mission names and explain what you will need and how to complete them, as well as some tips to save time on completing Today Mission.

Great Monster's Whisper mission (대마물의 속삭임)

To enter, you have to go to Channel 6 and click this button:

You will need this item, which is randomly dropped from mobs during hunting:

After you enter Great Monster's Whisper map, just press Esc and leave the map and the quest will be completed.

Great Monster's Whisper event happens on the 10th minute of every hour (e.g. 4:10, 5:10, 7:10). You only have 5 minutes to enter. After 5 mins, the entry button will disappear and you will have to wait for the start of the next Great Monster's Whisper event.

100% Seal Box mission (봉인상자 100%채우기)

Fill up an empty Seal Box from 0% -> 100%. This applies to both KGO and SSO.

Tip from NoruSan: If you already have a 100% Seal Box, transfer the souls (at Hanya Book Merchant) from the full Seal Box to an empty seal box, it will fill about 80-95%. After that, fill it up to 100% by hunting monsters.

Netherworld mission (황천 입장)

Just enter any Netherworld map and exit the map by clicking Esc -> Exit Netherworld.

I usually like to enter: Hell of Defeat 패주지옥 / Hell of Murder 살기지옥 / Hell of Anarchy 흉도지옥
(as these maps do not require a lantern to enter)

Navigate mission (길찾기 사용)

Click 'Navigate' at the bottom left corner of the map. Type in anything and press 'Go', a box will come out saying 'NPC was not found', click 'OK' and the mission will be completed.

Teleporter ([map] 운선도인)

Go to the map stated on the mission and find the Teleporter NPC (운선도인):

Chaste Hall Teleporter (청음관 운선도인)

Dusk Castle Teleporter (명주성 운선도인)

Dragon Castle Teleporter (용림성 운선도인)

Teleport to any map. I usually teleport to the market [장터] to save gold.

Fortune-Teller (오늘의행운패보)

Find the Fortune Teller NPC (점쟁이할아범) at Chaste Hall (청음관).

Talk to him and finish one fortune reading (requires 10,000 gold).

Duel (비무)

PVP with another player of level difference + - 10. (any map)

Right-click another player and invite them for a duel (비무신청).

Hunt Rare Monster (래어마물 사냥)

Hunt and kill 1 rare monster of any level (monsters with stars above their head).

Exchanging Complete Vouchers for Gift Boxes

Note that all Complete Vouchers have to be in your bag in order to exchange for a gift box.

1st Gift Box: 30 Vouchers
2nd Gift Box: 15 Vouchers
3rd Gift Box: 7 Vouchers
4th Gift Box: 3 Vouchers

The more Vouchers required, the better items the gift box will give:

All items received will be random and by luck.
