--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Avatar Basic Info 1. Soul level obtained depends on the monster's level.
E.g. A monster of lvl 100 will drop a lvl 100 soul and a monster of lvl 170 will drop a lvl 170 soul.
For example, if you get 0.02% from absorbing a lvl 170 soul, you will get 0.01% from absorbing a lvl 100 soul. So absorbing two lvl 100 souls will be the same as absorbing one lvl 170 soul.
With this info, you can decide which maps would be the best for training your avatar especially when your character is at a higher level. Training at Tian Bridge 4 (mobs level 108-109) with a Grade 5 soul drop rate gem on your Clothing (의류) would give you about the same or more Avatar EXP % per hour of training as you would get from training at map Green Plain 1 (mobs level 171-172) for example.
2. Soul Drop Rate Gem Effect
Only the Gem Effect of your character's Clothing (의류) will work when you are in Avatar mode. So don't add the 'Soul Drop Rate' effect to any other of your character's equipments.
3. Importance of training your Avatar
The higher level your avatar gets, the more your base MATK/PATK and Defence increases.
You will also be able to pass the first stage of Yangak pretty easily with your Avatar's badass high jump ;)
4. Avatar Jars and Faction
Different Avatar Jars "belong" to different Factions. If you are from the Justice Faction and you use a Chaos Jar, you will not be able to obtain the Faction-Specific Skill for that particular Avatar Jar (marked in red at the right side).
However, this does not apply to the EF Faction, EF Faction characters can use any jars and still obtain the Faction-Specific Skills.

[Current Level] will drop if you do not consistently train your avatar. It can be increased by obtaining souls to fill up the purple bar shown above. Alternatively, you can buy the FullSpirits item from Cash Shop using 200 mileage points to instantly fill the purple bar up to max.
  [Maximum Level] depends on your Character's level. A lvl 130 character's Avatar Maximum Level will be 13, and a lvl 170 character's Avatar Maximum Level will be 17. Those Chinese characters beside the avatar jar name tells you which Minions (강령) are compatible with your Avatar Jar. 【風】 = Wind 【水】 = Water 【木】 = Wood 【石】 = Stone 【火】 = Fire 【魔】 = Shadow Equipping compatible Minions will increase your Avatar's Damage. More about this will be explained below with pictures. 5. Farming Mobs and Killing Them at once (by user Lacuk001) This method may not be effective in certain maps, but it is definitely a good method if your avatar level is too low to train in a high level map. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ways to train Avatar more effectively
1. Go to Channel 6 and join Yangak (양악평) / Faction War (파벌) / 10-minute War (혼돈). After these events, there will be a 1 hour buff (Avatar duration will not decrease during buff).
2. Add a Gem to your Clothing (의류).  3. Find a weapon with good Additional ATK (Magic) stat. Use it when you change to Avatar form to increase avatar attack. 
4. Buy a good avatar amulet.
5. Buy a Monsterball to increase Avatar duration (+1 hour).
Cash Shop 귀혼상점 -> 능력 -> 법보
 
6. Equip a minion that is the same Property/Type as your avatar jar.

Avatar's base duration will increase to 2 hours instead of 30 minutes at max level.
