Talk to NPC 4th Follower Silmae (소실매) twice.
※ You will see her after finishing Giant Blazing Wheel quest.

Exit Hollow map.
Talk to NPC 3rd Follower WanAn (3제자완안승) -> Take quest [화경-각성! 화경의 경지(3)]
Go to Zephyr Hall 남풍관 (38k map).
Talk to Job 3 NPC to learn your 3rd Job Skills.
3rd Job Skills are obtainable at Level 130, 133, 136, 140, 143.
