![]() A retired SSO/KGO player and author of these mini guides intended for the international Ghost Online community (with contributions from a group of very experienced players). As of 2019, I have stopped writing guides due to personal commitments but I hope this site will continue to be useful as a place of reference and discussion. Thank you so much and I truly appreciate the support from you guys over the years! 🥰✊ NOTE: Please credit this website if you wish to cite any guides here to an external blog or forum. Thank you! Pouch will give a random Element.
Weapons/Armors with Element compound are more powerful than those without Element compound. The higher the level of Element compound, the more powerful the weapon/armor. Each element has a strength/weakness against another element:

강 = Stronger
약 = Weaker
E.g. Fire is weaker than Water, the damage from a Fire element weapon will be reduced when it hits a Water element armor. The Water element armor's Element Effect will also have a higher chance of activation when hit by a Fire element weapon. In addition, the chance of activation of the Fire element weapon's Element Effect is reduced when it is used against a Water element armor. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Go to Hanya (한야) and find NPC ChungHwa to buy empty seal. The higher level the seal (more expensive), the more Element slots. Go to NPC Book Merchant (also at Hanya). Fill your Element seal to 100% with normal seals. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Element Compounding (Click to Enlarge) - Success rate decreases as the Element Level increases. - Remaining Limit will decrease regardless of Success/Failure. NOTE: in Step 2, you have to use the SAME ELEMENT that you have used in Step 1. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cash shops items related to Element Compounding:
